“i-Boss” the Automated Retail Cash Counter is a complete Cash management solution to effectively monitor and control the cash Inflow and Outflow in the Retail Point of Sale (POS) cash counters. • i-Boss is a PC based complete Retail Cash Management System configured with automatic cash handling systems and advanced software functions to handle Inflow and Outflow of cash in retail cash counters.

• The Machine is configured with high end note dispenser to dispense Bank Notes of three different denominations and three coin dispensers to dispense coins of any three denominations. A thermal Printer is also integrated to provide the Cash in and Cash out Receipts along with a Note Counting Machine with PC interface for counting and entering the received notes. Bar Code Scanner is optional add-on for scanning bill number and bill amount.

• The bill number and the bill amount is scanned and entered into the PC and money tendered at the counter is also fed in to the PC automatically upon completion of counting in the Note Counting Machine. i-Boss automatically displays the balance cash to be given back and dispenses the same automatically from the Note Dispenser in three denominations and the coins as well in three denominations. The operator simply removes the cash and coins from the i-Boss collection tray and gives it along with the receipt to the customers. The entire balance amount is dispensed automatically.

• No manual counting or calculations are involved. The printed receipt indicates the cash received in and the cash given out details – denomination wise along with the bill amount.

• The powerful i-Boss Software tracks all cash based transactions in the cash counter right from receipts from Bank, receipts from sales, note exchanged, petty cash expenses booked and other cash transactions in greater detail. Absolute control over your cash.

• The Capacity of each Note dispenser is 1000 Notes for each denomination and the coin holding capacity of each coin dispenser is 600 coins.

• i-Boss provides comprehensive reports of Transaction details, Denominations wise Inflow and outflow of cash, Balance change dispensed, Missing Bill Numbers and all other transaction data with a password protection. Cash Sales and Credit Card Sales can be tracked easily from the reports.

• The dispensing denomination in Note Dispenser and Coin Dispenser is configurable on site as required in the settings menu of the i-Boss Software.
